## Report questions

Where do I see my reports?

In the GBPN web app on your computer, under Analytics and Calls. Pick a number and a date range, up to a full year.

Can I see how many calls we missed?

Yes. The Calls page shows missed calls next to incoming and outgoing calls, day by day, and you can filter the list to just the missed ones to call people back.

Can I export my call history?

Yes. Export any filtered list of calls to a spreadsheet (CSV), including who handled each call.

Can my teammates see reports?

Yes. Everyone on your team can open reports. Members see the numbers they have access to, and owners and admins see every number.
