The GBPN inbox

# See who’s waiting on you.
At a glance.

Every call, text, and voicemail sorts itself into **Needs**, **Waiting**, or **Snoozed**. One look tells you who you owe a reply, and who still owes you one.

Needs attention · New voicemail

Once you read a text, it looks handled.

Even if you never answered it.

The voicemail you meant to return sinks under ten new ones.

The “I’ll check back Friday” lives only in your head.

By the time you remember, they’ve **called someone else.**

GBPN keeps track of what’s still unfinished.

How it works

## One question sorts every conversation: who has the next move?

You don’t file anything. Each call, text, and reply moves the conversation to the right place by itself.

Needs 3 Waiting 4

- Needs attention

    ### You have the next move.

New texts, voicemails, and missed calls land here on their own. So does a call you answered, in case it needs a follow-up.

- Waiting for response

    ### They have the next move.

Reply or call, and the conversation moves here by itself. When they write back, it goes straight back to Needs.

- Snoozed

    ### Not yet, on purpose.

Pick a time and add a note. When that time comes, it is back in Needs with your note attached.

- Done

    ### Nothing left to do.

Done keeps the history. If they text again next month, the conversation comes right back to Needs.

Watch it work

## Follow one customer from first text to booked job.

Dana wants a quote for a move-out clean. Here is every step, exactly as it looks in the app.

    Tuesday, 9:14 AM

    ### Her text lands in Needs.

Nobody has answered Dana yet, so the next move is yours. She goes to the top of Needs, and the count goes up by one.

    ### Opening it doesn’t make it disappear.

On a normal phone, reading a text marks it read, and it drops out of mind. Here it stays in Needs until someone replies, snoozes it, or marks it Done. Read it in the truck. Answer it at lunch.

That’s what caught up looks like.

No scrolling back through old texts. No wondering if you forgot someone. When Needs is empty, every customer has been answered, scheduled, or finished.

Why it works

## How you stop falling behind.

### Your follow-up list builds itself.

Calls, texts, and voicemails sort themselves as they happen. No sticky notes, and no second app to keep up to date.

### Read it now. Answer it later.

Opening a message does not clear it. It stays in Needs until someone replies, snoozes it, or marks it Done.

### Your promises come back on time.

“I’ll check back Friday” becomes a snooze with a note. On Friday, it is back in Needs, and it tells you why.

### Missed calls count, too.

An automatic “Sorry we missed you” text does not count as a reply. The call stays in Needs until a person follows up.

### See who owes you an answer.

Waiting lists every customer who has the next move. Tap the + to see Needs and Waiting together in one list.

### Scheduled texts handle themselves.

Schedule a text and the conversation waits in Snoozed. When it sends, it moves to Waiting. If it does not go through, it comes back to Needs.

When you hire help

## Everyone works from the same list.

When your helper replies to a customer, the conversation leaves Needs for everyone, so nobody answers twice. Each row shows who marked it Done. A snooze note tells the next person exactly what to do.
