Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. We don't believe in making our customers sign any contracts. You are billed each month, and you can cancel any time.
Do you have automatic billing?
Yes. You are billed monthly based on the date you signed up. The credit card you provided at checkout will be automatically charged each month. You can update your credit card used for payment inside of your account.
How many outgoing and incoming minutes do I get?
Unlimited. Don't worry about counting your minutes.
Do you offer an enterprise level plan?
Yes, we can help you with your needs no matter how large you are. Please contact us to find out more.
My business has grown, can you build me a phone system for my office?
Yes, we can build you a phone system of any size. Please contact us to find out more.
How many phone numbers can I have?
You can have an unlimited number of phone numbers. You will be billed monthly for each one.
Do you have toll-free phone numbers?
Yes, we do. On the signup page, if you select "toll-free," you can choose a toll-free number.
How do I cancel my service?
You can cancel your service inside of your account, or you can contact us and let us know you wish to cancel.
Can I port in my existing phone number?
Yes, there will be no charge from us; however, your existing provider may charge you a fee. Contact us before signing up to make sure everything is good to go. If it is, we will have you go ahead and sign up for an account (select any number on signup), and we will begin the porting process. If it isn't, we will let you know what we need you to do before signing up.
How long before I can use my phone number?
Instantly. As soon as you create your account, you can start using your new business phone number.
If I can't figure out how to configure my number, can you help me?
Do I have to live in the US to have a US business phone number
