However, unlike a regular phone number, a virtual phone number allows you to have a dedicated business phone number alongside a personal phone number on the same phone. There is no additional hardware required to use a virtual phone number. You keep using your phone as you have been.

What Is a Vanity Phone Number?

A vanity number is an easily remembered sequence of numbers used for marketing purposes, such as 1-800-PET-FOOD or 1-800-Go-FedEx. When you dial 1-800-PET-FOOD, you are calling 1-800-732-3663. Vanity numbers are not limited to toll-free numbers. You can have a vanity phone number with a local phone number too. If you had a local number of 509-555-3663, your vanity number would be 509-555-FOOD.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. We don't believe in making our customers sign any contracts. You are billed each month, and you can cancel any time.

Do you have automatic billing?

Yes. You are billed monthly based on the date you signed up. The credit card you provided at checkout will be automatically charged each month. You can update your credit card used for payment inside of your account.

How many outgoing and incoming minutes do I get?

Unlimited. Don't worry about counting your minutes.

Do you offer an enterprise level plan?

How many phone numbers can I have?

You can have an unlimited number of phone numbers. You will be billed monthly for each one.

Do you have toll-free phone numbers?

How do I cancel my service?

You can cancel your service inside of your account, or you can contact us and let us know you wish to cancel.

Can I port in my existing phone number?

Yes. We can port your number to GBPN. There will be no charge from us; however, your existing provider may charge you a fee. Please see our phone number porting page to learn more.

How long before I can use my phone number?

Instantly. As soon as you create your account, you can start using your new business phone number.

If I can't figure out how to configure my number, can you help me?

Yes. Email or call us, and we will be glad to help you configure your phone number how you need it.

Do I have to live in the US to have a US business phone number?

No you don't. We have a page that goes into more detail about business phone numbers for non-US residents.

Can your business phone numbers be listed in business directory?

Yes. You can list your business phone number in business directories, such as Yelp, Google Business, 4-1-1 and any other directory you want to list your business in.

Do I have to use a certain phone for your service?

No. Our service will work with any phone that already has a phone number attached to it.

How much does it cost to port (transfer) a current business phone number?

$0. We will port your current business phone number over for free. The porting process can sometimes take up to a couple weeks or as fast as a few days. A lot depends on the company that currently services the phone number.

What Kind of Installation Do I Need for Your Service

You will need no additional hardware and no installation is required. You will use your existing cell phone. Our business phone number service operates through your existing internet connection.
