Will I reach a real person, or a robot?
Always a real person. No phone tree, no AI chatbot, no ticket queue. You get a human on our family-run team who can actually fix things, usually within a ring or two.
How fast will you get back to me?
Call or text during business hours and we answer right away. Outside those hours, start a live chat (it's always open) or leave a message and we'll call you back first thing.
When can I actually reach you?
Phone support is Mon-Fri, 9am-9pm Pacific (there is a live status right above). Live chat is always open for the quick questions, any time.
Do I have to be a customer to talk to you?
Not at all. Still shopping around, or not sure GBPN is right for you? Ask anything. The same human handles sales and support, so you'll never get bounced around.
