The first way is from your web browser. After you log into your account, go to "My Phone -> Place A Call" (or go directly there at https://gbpn.com/dialer).
The second way you call your business number, you will hear a secret menu that only you can hear asking you to "Press 1" to place an outbound call. Then you will enter the phone number you want to call and then press #.
If you don't hear that menu and want to place an outbound call from your phone, you can add the phone number of the phone you are calling from as an "Authorized Number" here https://gbpn.com/configure/authorized-numbers.
