Business calling

Business calls on the phone you already have.

Your business number rings your cell, so you never carry a second phone. You know it’s a business call before you say hello, and when you call back, customers see your business number, not your personal one.

Answering

Know it’s business before you say hello.

When a customer calls your business number, your phone rings and GBPN asks you to press 1 to accept. Now you know it’s a customer, so you can answer with your business name every time.

Want a heads-up too? GBPN can text your cell the caller’s name and number as the call comes in. If you’re busy, just let it go. The call moves on to your voicemail.

Calling back

Call customers as your business, from anywhere.

Call from the GBPN app on iPhone or Android, or from the web browser on your computer. Customers see your business number, never your personal cell.

In the app, choose Internet to call over Wi-Fi or data, or Carrier to use your regular cell service when Wi-Fi is weak.

No app? Call your business number from your approved cell, press 1, and dial. The customer still sees your business number.

Routing

Every call reaches the right person.

Ring one teammate in the app, ring a group at the same time, or ring an outside number like a partner’s cell. Set your business hours and holidays, so after-hours calls go straight to voicemail. Add a simple menu, like “Press 1 for scheduling.”

Each call shows the path it took and who answered. How GBPN works for teams

After the call

Every detail, saved for you.

Recorded

Calls are recorded by default, so you can check what was agreed. You can turn recording off for each number.

Written out

Recorded calls get a written transcript, so you can read the call instead of replaying it.

Summarized

A short AI summary shows what the customer wanted and what happens next.

Calling questions

Do I need a second phone for business calls?

No. Your business number rings the cell phone you already carry, or the GBPN app if you install it. There is no second phone and no office line.

How do I know a call is for the business?

When a business call comes in, GBPN asks you to press 1 to accept it, so you know before you say hello. You can also get a text on your cell saying who is calling.

Will customers see my personal number when I call them?

No. Calls you make from the GBPN app, from your computer, or through your approved cell show your business number.

Do calls from the app use my cell minutes?

You choose. Internet calling uses Wi-Fi or mobile data. Carrier calling uses your regular cell service, which helps when Wi-Fi is weak.

Can more than one person answer the business line?

Yes. Ring one teammate, ring a group at the same time, or ring an outside number such as a partner’s cell. If nobody answers, the call goes on to voicemail.

Are calls recorded?

Recording is on by default, and you can turn it off for each number. Recorded calls get a written transcript and a short AI summary.

Can callers say what they need instead of pressing a key?

Not at this time. Phone menus work with key presses, like "Press 1 for scheduling."

A real business line, on the phone in your pocket.

Pick your number, and a real person helps you set up the rest.
