Does team chat cost extra?
No. Team chat comes with GBPN, for everyone on your team who signs in. Teammates do not add to your bill.
Can customers see team chat?
No. Team chat is only between the people on your team. Customers only ever see the texts you send them from your business number.
Can the owner read everyone’s messages?
No. Owners and managers can only open the threads they are part of. A direct message stays between the people in it.
Will chat wake me up at night?
No. While you are on Do not disturb or outside your working hours, chat does not send you alerts. Mute a busy group and you only hear about it when someone @mentions you.
Does it work on a computer?
Yes. Team chat is in the GBPN app for iPhone and Android and in the web app on any computer. On a computer you can also drag in files and paste screenshots.
